Meata Chanupatham is a registered government school privately run by Mercy International. The school caters for students from the surrounding 19 villages from kindergarten through to high school
Since our inception in 2002, the school has developed a respected reputation with the Thai government.
The school charges no fees. Kindergarten and primary school students receive a hot lunch and milk every day.
Even though the curriculum is Thai government based, the teachers are encouraged to learn new ways to be creative in their teaching. The curriculum includes classroom learning, music, sports and army cadets.
The aim of Meata Chanupatham School is to see each student go onto further education or gainful employment.
